Our Story
It all started at the age of one as next-door neighbors in the small-town suburb of Cleveland, Ohio. Our company name was inspired by our days as a Girl Scout with Troop 784 where we learned the essence of friendship, merit and hard work.
Today we offer businesses a dynamic, creative and experienced sales team. We create ways to safely and directly meet branding needs, reaching a captive and targeted audience through creative and customized events and festivals.
Lover of the 80’s, from fanny packs, “HAIR” bands to Swatch Watches, Tricia Keeler Janison, started The Troop with her BFF (Elizabeth) when they discovered a huge need for a dedicated sales team to support and serve local events in Arizona and California. With a BA in Media Arts from the University of Arizona, she has always done what she LOVES, being creative. Her creativity and passion in marketing resulted in a successful career in media with over 20 years specializing in television and radio production, advertising sales, promotions and account management. Tricia’s career has taken her from Arizona to Oregon and back home to the Valley of the Sun where she enjoys daily consumption of jalapeños and never misses a desert sunset. An avid concert goer since the age of 15 with a zest for fun, it’s no wonder Tricia is obsessed with attending LIVE events, festivals and concerts, making her your guru in connecting brands directly to consumers through FUN and unique marketing experiences.
Eternal optimist, Elizabeth Giron, came to the Troop from California with sales on her mind. With over 20 years of Corporate Sales experience, her comprehensive sales and hospitality background combined with her quest to create the ideal marketing experience that generates results makes her the perfect go-to liaison when clients want their brands to be top of mind. Receiving her BS in Business Administration from Loyola University Chicago, Elizabeth understands her clientele’s missions and excels in developing long-term business partnerships. A Lover of French Macaroons and disco dancing, Elizabeth revels in exploring her new surroundings in Arizona as well through traveling the world. With her boisterous laugh and infectious personality, Elizabeth enjoys building strong rapport with her clients and cannot wait to meet you.
